Diversity Equity and Inclusion
If we give everyone a chance, we all win
Eating is way more than just about food.
There is without a doubt a clear functional, biological, and physiological dimension to it. However, beyond this aspect, food has an essential symbolic, cultural, and social role.
As the pandemic has reminded us, we sorely missed the conviviality of shared meals at school, in the workplace or at sporting events during this period.
We all realized what we neglected: our societies’ future is very much at stake on our plates. Food is at the core of two major challenges: the human bond and the preservation of our planet.
At Sodexo we have one clear belief: the only sustainable change driver is joy. We have to make consumers want to change their eating habits. We aim at deconstructing preconceived ideas about plant-based eating to turn it into a new way of life.
