We’re aware that some individuals may receive fraudulent procurement or purchasing requests claiming to be from Sodexo. To help you confirm authenticity, please follow these guidelines before responding:

1. Check the email address – All legitimate Sodexo business emails come from an address ending in @sodexo.com. Be cautious of similar-looking domains (e.g., @s0dexo.com, @sodexo group.com).
2. Verify the contact person – Contact Sodexo directly using details from our official websites, not the ones provided in the suspicious request. If you are still unsure, contact the Sodexo procurement team in the country you are based. Click on ‘Locations’ in the bar at the top of this website, select the country then, once you are on that website, go to ‘contact us’.
3. Look for unusual requests – Be cautious if the request is urgent and/or will not follow the usual procedures, contains unexpected attachments, mentions an unusual volume of products, different or suspicious delivery address or payment details in a different place or country, or asks for sensitive information such as bank details.
4. Check for proper company details – Genuine requests will include clear company contact information, correct branding, and a named Sodexo employee.
5. If you suspect fraud – Please report the incident to your local authorities to help identify fraudulent activity within your jurisdiction and avoid having other victims of the same scam.
