EcoVadis
EcoVadis is a collaborative platform used to evaluate Corporate Responsibility performance. The assessment covers Environment, Labor & Human Rights, Ethics and Sustainable Procurement dimensions. In 2022, we’ve been placed in the top 1% of companies.
FTSE4Good Index
We’re a constituent of the FTSE4Good Index following the June 2020 review. The FTSE4Good Index Series is designed to measure the performance of companies demonstrating strong Environmental, Social and Governance practices.

In 2023, for the 16th consecutive year, we were ranked in the S&P Global's Sustainability Yearbook. Sodexo ranks in the top 10% of companies in the "Restaurants & Leisure Facilities" sector for the excellence of its performance in terms of sustainable development.

Since 2009, we completed the CDP annual request for information. This year, we received a “B” score. Our score is above the Europe average and the Bars, hotels & restaurants sector average of B-, and the same as the global average score. This recognition demonstrates key progress on our carbon strategy.

Sodexo is among the top 8% assessed for supplier engagement on climate change, recognizing our actions to measure and reduce environmental risks within our supply chain.

Equileap global ranking on gender equality
Equileap, the world's leading provider of data and information on gender equality, published its 6th annual ranking of the top performers in terms of gender equality in large companies. Ranked 27th in 2022, Sodexo climbed this year to 12th place out of 3,787 companies analyzed worldwide and to 1st place on the French podium, on par with L'Oréal.

In May 2022, we were named a DiversityInc Hall of Fame company. This is the 14th year we’ve been recognized as a top diversity leader by DiversityInc.
European Women on Boards
We have once again been recognized by the European Women on Boards for having gender-balanced governance. We rank second in France and sixth on the list of 668 European companies in the European Women on Boards Gender Diversity Index Report 2021.
GEEIS certified
The Gender Equality European and International Standard (GEEIS) is an internationally recognized label for companies who demonstrate a strong and effective commitment to achieving gender equality in the workplace. Sodexo has held the GEEIS certification since 2018, and is a member of the Arborus Fondation. In 2022, our certification was renewed achieving top ranking with a level 5/5.

Best-of-the-Best Corporations for Inclusion
We have been awarded 2021 Best-of-the-Best Corporations for Inclusion by the United States National LGBT Chamber of Commerce (NGLCC), the business voice of the LGBT community, in collaboration with its partners in the National Business Inclusion Consortium (NBIC).
