Sodexo earns top LGBTIQ+ inclusion level achievement in 2024 Workplace Pride Global Benchmark for the 5th year in a row

Sodexo proudly announces that it has earned the prestigious Advocate designation in the Workplace Pride Global Benchmark, achieving a score of 99.7%, the highest in the company's history.

This recognition underscores Sodexo's commitment to advancing LGBTIQ+ inclusion within the workplace on a global scale. For the fifth consecutive year, Sodexo has secured the Advocate title, ranking at the top of the service industry and among leading private sector participants.

This remarkable achievement not only highlights Sodexo’s dedication to fostering an inclusive environment but also celebrates the pivotal role employees play in cultivating a culture of inclusion in the company and in the communties they serve.

The Workplace Pride Global Benchmark evaluates the LGBTIQ+ inclusion standards among organizations. It consists of a detailed review and analysis of eight categories that show progress on LGBTIQ+ inclusion within the workplace: Policy & Communication, Employee Networks, Workplace Awareness, Support & Benefits, Inclusion & Engagement, Expertise & Monitoring, Business & Supplier Engagement, Impact on Society.

An underlining factor to Sodexo’s improved score this year is the increased collaboration and partnerships across Sodexo’s entities. By identifying and sharing best practices, Sodexo teams have been able to further strengthen inclusive practices for the LGBTIQ+ employees across the globe.
