Sodexo completes the acquisition of Grupo Mediterránea in Spain
Following the signing announced in July, Sodexo has now completed the acquisition of Grupo Mediterránea, after receiving the customary regulatory approvals.

"It's a tremendous pride to see Sodexo maintain its position as the most advanced company in terms of feminization of management bodies among the 120 largest French companies. At the core of our business model, gender diversity is not just a moral obligation but a source of creativity and performance that contributes to making Sodexo an employer of choice. Since the creation of the Group in 1966, its commitment to increasing gender diversity and promoting inclusion has remained constant ."

As part of an ongoing commitment to progress, the Group undertakes that by 2025, 100% of its management teams will respect gender balance in all countries where it operates.
This recognition follows the 2023 Equileap global ranking, in which Sodexo secures the first position among French companies, making it into the top 20 worldwide.
