For the second year in a row, Sodexo is the Winner of the Award for the Feminization of Corporate Management of SBF120 Companies in France

For the 10th edition of the Awards, Sodexo received the prize for the most advanced company in terms of feminization of management bodies among the 120 largest French companies.

Sodexo achieves a significant improvement, raising its score by almost 4 points to reach 95,47/100 (vs 91,93/100 at 12/31/2021). Closed at 12/31/2022, women represent 45% of Sodexo's Leadership Team (vs 39% at 12/31/2021).

As part of an ongoing commitment to progress, the Group undertakes that by 2025, 100% of its management teams will respect gender balance in all countries where it operates.

This recognition follows the 2023 Equileap global ranking, in which Sodexo secures the first position among French companies, making it into the top 20 worldwide.
