
Sodexo Announces Change to North America Leadership
Recently appointed Sodexo Group Chief Executive Officer Thierry Delaporte will expand his responsibilities to include direct leadership of North America, starting January 1, 2026.

As part of an ongoing commitment to progress, the Group undertakes that by 2025, 100% of its management teams will respect gender balance in all countries where it operates.
This recognition follows the 2023 Equileap global ranking, in which Sodexo secures the first position among French companies, making it into the top 20 worldwide.
