Sodexo is once again one of the best performing companies for gender equality globally in the 2024 Gender Equality Report & Ranking from Equileap, the leading organization providing data on gender equality and belonging & inclusion in the corporate sector. Sodexo is also part of the top 10 companies in France, which is the highest scoring country for corporate gender equality.
GEEIS certified
The Gender Equality European and International Standard (GEEIS) is an internationally recognized label for companies who demonstrate a strong and effective commitment to achieving gender equality in the workplace. Sodexo has held the GEEIS certification since 2018, and is a member of the Arborus Fondation. In 2022, our certification was renewed achieving top ranking with a level 5/5.
