Sodexo earns top LGBTIQ+ inclusion level achievement in 2025 Workplace Pride Global Benchmark for the 6th year in a row

Sodexo is proud to announce that it has earned the prestigious Advocate designation in the 2025 Workplace Pride Global Benchmark, achieving a score of 97.2%.

For the sixth consecutive year, this recognition places Sodexo among the most inclusive employers globally when it comes to LGBTIQ+ workplace inclusion. It reflects the Group’s continued commitment to fostering an inclusive environment where all employees feel they belong and can thrive.
