Sodexo and Jessie Sommarström bring healthy and sustainable cuisine to Stockholm Food Forum

Jessie Sommarstrom

As part of Sodexo’s partnership with EAT, Sodexo will be part of the opening dinner of the Stockholm Food Forum on October 3. Jessie Sommarström, Executive Chef at Sodexo Sweden and Nobel Banquet chef, is culinary advisor and responsible for the Nordic dishes for this prestigious event. Together with the Sodexo Culinary team, she will showcase how healthy and climate-friendly   meals can inspire change to more than 700 researchers, policymakers, and innovators who will gather to discuss the future of food.

We want to show that a healthy and conscious cuisine can be both welcoming and flavorful, traditional and innovative at the same time. Our appetizers have flavors from our Nordic Sea, forest, and farmland – together they illustrate how research in health and sustainability can be experienced on the plate.
