Entegra strengthens its growth momentum in the French market with the acquisition of Agap'pro

Entegra Procurement Services®, a subsidiary of Sodexo and a global leader in performance and procurement optimization for hospitality professionals (hotels, restaurants, healthcare and medico-social, education, communities, ...), announces the acquisition of Agap'pro, a well-established group purchasing organization in the French market.

Following the acquisitions of CHR-HA in 2022 (hotel and restaurant sector) and AMi2 in 2023 (healthcare and medico-social segment), Entegra continues its development in France with the acquisition of Agap‘pro, reinforcing its position as a key player in procurement performance for all hospitality venues, particularly serving communities and social care establishments, especially in the southwest of France.
