In 2025, Sodexo confirms its position as a sustainability leader and the relevance of its strategy, which aims to make sustainability a driver of performance for the company and its clients.

  • With a score of 82 out of 100, Sodexo improved its overall rating by 3 points compared with the previous year.
  • Sodexo is ranked among the top 3% of all companies assessed across all industries and within the top 2% of its sector.
  • Sodexo is once again recognised among the “carbon leaders,” highlighting the strong performance of its carbon emissions management.

The results of this latest assessment reflect Sodexo’s long-term commitment to sustainability. Through concrete and measurable initiatives - including providing meals that are good for both health and the planet, reducing food waste and advancing responsible sourcing - Sodexo embeds sustainability into its operations and continues its sustainable journey to create value for its clients, consumers and employees.

Since its creation in 2007, EcoVadis is one of the recognized collaborative platforms used to evaluate sustainability performance within businesses. The assessment covers key areas including Environment, Labor & Human Rights, Ethics, and Sustainable Procurement.
