  • Teams’ development: As the transformation and deployment of technology across the organization strongly rely on managers and their teams, Sodexo supports its people in developing their skills and capabilities through dedicated and personalized learning programs. These initiatives are designed to build expertise, with a strong focus on emerging technologies such as Copilot and Generative AI.
  • Community contribution: Driven by a strong commitment to extending technology’s impact beyond Sodexo, Alice Guéhennec contributes to the Cigref – the IT Club of Major French Companies – as well as the Women CIO Community. She also contributes to the digital inclusion of underprivileged youth, through Apprentis d’Auteuil - a non-profit organization supporting vulnerable youth and their families -, delivering tangible impact for communities.
