Sodexo makes significant progress in Equileap’s global ranking, reaching 4th place in France

Sodexo is pleased to announce its significant progress in the 2025 Equileap ranking, which recognizes the top-performing companies in terms of workplace equality.

Already ranked for several years in the global "Top 100" of the most advanced companies, Sodexo has jumped more than 40 places to 28th position among the approximately 3,547 companies analyzed worldwide for this new edition, and now ranks 4th in France. This recognition highlights the Group’s strong commitment and the concrete actions taken to foster a more inclusive work environment.
