Sodexo receives Special Mention in the "Workforce Action" category of the 2022 Workforce Disclosure Initiative Awards

The Workforce Transparency Awards are presented annually by the Workforce Disclosure Initiative (WDI), the leading organization for investors on employee and workforce topics. Introduced in 2020, they reward companies for the amount of information they submit and their efforts to promote transparency in employee reporting.

This special mention awarded to Sodexo highlights:

  • the quality of the communication on the initiatives carried out by the Group in terms of social and CSR initiatives via its Universal Registration Document, its external communication, and its institutional website.
  • Sodexo's will to bring the highest transparency to its actions on CSR topics and its social policy, which is more than ever at the heart of its priorities.

The Workforce Disclosure Initiative collects a broad spectrum of information on initiatives taken on by leading companies around the world in HR governance, corporate responsibility, social policy, diversity, equity and inclusion, training, well-being and social relations.
