Transition Expert

Sodexo Business Services (SBS) is currently looking for a self-driven Transition Expert, to join its growing team.
A day in the life of a Transition Expert
The Transition expert will be responsible for leading and managing successfully the transition of business processes, services within GBS framework which involves coordinating with multiple stakeholders, ensuring the transfer of operations, and mitigating risks associated with the transition.
Your day-to-day
- Define & own Roles & Responsibility organizing Transition activities clarifying accountabilities of Transition, Transformation, Region/ Country and SBS teams;
- Apply the Sodexo transition project methodology, organizing project; validations steps (from kickoff to project post-mortem) related checklist and pre-requisite coordination, produce and/ or ensure completion of project key deliverables, build and secure the appropriate project governance, adequately mitigate risks and issues; and in parallel, identify and contribute for the methodology continuous improvement;
- In summary, organize and drive transition activities, securing smooth transition for maximum satisfaction of SBS and Region/ Country;.
Requirements/ Qualifications
- 5 years experience in large multinational environment engaged in Shared Service Center (SSC) journey;
- Field proven Project management, business process outsourcing, transitions, transformations, and change management experience in large company, and preferably in international context (min 3 years). PMI certification appreciated;
- Experience with risk management and mitigation in transition or transformation projects;
- Excellent technical skills using Microsoft Office suite (Power Point, Excel, Word, SharePoint,…) to produce project documentation;
- Experienced with Process design/ mapping workflow tool. Visio experience appreciated;
- Exceptional communication & presentation skills. Ability to interact with several levels of the organization;
- Fluent in English is a must. French highly appreciated;

- Passionate about transformation and change management;
