TDDI Financial Controller

Sodexo Business Services (SBS) is currently looking for a self-driven & detail orientated TDDI Financial Controller to join our growing IT Data Hub services team.
A day in the life of a TDDI Financial Controller

Your day-to-day
- Oversee monthly closings, variance analysis, reporting, and annual planning, providing financial insights, analysis and performance reviews.
- Collaborate with Activity Leaders, Project Managers, and Budget Owners to support decision-making through in-depth financial analysis.
- Support new projects since the inception of the initiative through the delivery, ensuring proper budgeting and tracking of financial performance.
- Run recharge model applied to the respective domain to ensure transparent, accurate, and fair cost allocation across regions or units.
- Track and analyze CAPEX and OPEX related projects, ensuring compliance with financial policies and Sodexo guidelines.
- Drive the perception of finance as business partner in TDD, shifting from strategic, fostering collaboration and proactive engagement
- Support resource allocation decisions by providing detailed cost analysis and recommendations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation, reducing manual effort and enhancing operational efficiency
- Partner with Budget Owner and Activity leaders and project teams to ensure financial alignment and foster collaboration
Requirement/Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in financial controlling or FP&A, with exposure to IT budgets and cost management (mandatory).
- Strong experience in financial cycles (monthly closing, budget, forecast), including cost transparency, financial allocation, and performance tracking, knowledge on ITFM principles is a plus.
- Proficiency in financial tools and systems, ERP systems and advanced Excel - ITFM tool (as a plus).
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
