Senior SAP R2R Consultant

Sodexo Business Services (SBS) is currently looking for a a profile to lead the design, optimization, and operational excellence of our Senior SAP R2R Consultant environment within a major global transformation program.

A day in the life of a Senior SAP R2R Consultant

You will play a key role in Sodexo’s global SAP S/4HANA transformation, working within the SAP Center of Excellence to design and deploy Record-to-Report (R2R) solutions. Partnering with business stakeholders and implementation teams, you will help shape the global template, optimize finance processes, and drive the successful adoption of SAP best practices across multiple countries.

Your day-to-day

  1. R2R Solution Design & Process Alignment: Design SAP S/4HANA R2R solutions and align business requirements with the global template and SAP best practices.
  2. SAP Configuration & System Integration: Configure SAP FI-CO functionalities and support integrations with internal and third-party systems.
  3. Testing & Solution Validation: Validate deliverables, perform testing activities, and ensure solutions meet business and technical requirements.
  4. Stakeholder Collaboration & Business Support: Partner with business users, SMEs, and technical teams to translate requirements into effective SAP solutions.
  5. User Training & Deployment Support: Provide user training, support system adoption, and facilitate knowledge transfer to support teams.
  6. Continuous Improvement & Governance: Drive process optimization, promote SAP best practices, and support the clean-core S/4HANA strategy.
     

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA transformation projects, preferably within greenfield implementations.
  • Strong knowledge of Finance and Record-to-Report processes.
  • Expertise in SAP FI/CO and related modules, including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, and Tax Reporting.
  • Experience with SAP configuration and integration methodologies.
  • Fluent English; French is a plus and Italian is desirable.
  • SAP certifications are considered an advantage.
