Sodexo Business Services (SBS) is currently looking for a a profile to lead the design, optimization, and operational excellence of our SAP S/4HANA RISE environment within a major global transformation program.

A day in the life of a SAP S/4HANA RISE Expert

As a SAP S/4HANA RISE Expert, you will be at the heart of our SAP transformation programme, ensuring the successful design, deployment, and operation of our SAP landscape. You will collaborate with implementation partners and technical specialists to create a secure, resilient, and high-performing SAP environment while driving best practices, business continuity, and system optimization.

Your day-to-day

  • Design and optimize SAP S/4HANA RISE environments across cloud, hybrid, and on-premise landscapes
  • Partner with implementation teams to oversee solution delivery, testing, and deployment
  • Evaluate technical architectures, including high availability and disaster recovery capabilities
  • Ensure alignment with business requirements, SAP best practices, and clean-core principles.
  • Support system performance, reliability, security, and operational excellence
  • Collaborate with cloud, infrastructure, and security teams on governance and compliance
  • Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives across the SAP ecosystem
  • Provide technical leadership and facilitate knowledge transfer to support and operations teams

Requirement/Qualifications

  • Proven experience working on SAP S/4HANA and SAP RISE environments.
  • Strong understanding of SAP infrastructure, cloud technologies, high availability, and disaster recovery.
  • Experience designing and managing SAP landscapes across cloud, hybrid, and on-premise environments.
  • Ability to collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. SAP S/4HANA RISE certifications are an advantage.
