SAP s4hana internal consultant (P2P, O2C or Retail)

Sodexo Business Services (SBS) is currently looking for a proactive and collaborative SAP S/4HANA Internal Consultant to join our global SAP Center of Excellence and support our ongoing S/4HANA transformation.

A day in the life of a ‘a SAP S/4HANA Internal Consultant

You will work with business stakeholders and implementation partners to design, build, and optimize SAP S/4HANA processes while supporting users and ensuring the successful deployment of the global core model.

Your day-to-day

  • Participate in the design of SAP S/4HANA core model solutions together with business process owners.
  • Collaborate on the integration of S/4HANA with internal and external applications.
  • Analyse business needs, assess feasibility, and translate them into functional and technical requirements.
  • Configure SAP modules (P2P, O2C, Retail/Supply) and ensure solutions align with global standards.
  • Lead and support testing phases, including test planning and coordination with business users.
  • Deliver training sessions, documentation, and hypercare support to ensure smooth adoption.
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer to Application Maintenance Support teams.

Requirement/Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience in SAP S/4HANA transformation projects (ideally greenfield).
  • Functional expertise in one of the following domains:P2P / Finance – AP processes, SAP VIM, financial workflows, rebate settlement.O2C / Finance – SD processes (pricing, orders, billing), revenue recognition, DRC, POS integration.Retail / Supply – Procurement, stock management, SAP MM, SAP Ariba, supply chain flows.
  • Solid understanding of cross‑functional SAP integration (FI‑SD‑MM).Experience in configuration, functional analysis, and solution design.
  • Strong test management and user coordination skills.
  • Fluency in English (mandatory); SAP certifications are a plus.
