R2R Specialist – Fixed Assets

Sodexo Business Services (SBS) is currently looking for a self-driven R2R Specialist, to join its growing team.
A day in the life of a R2R Specialist
You will be an expert in R2R. You must be a reliable and outgoing personality, responsible for handling multiple duties. Good communication skills are a must and a good sense of humour a bonus!
Your day-to-day
- Create and maintain capital investments projects and its budgets
- Maintain fixed asset system for accounting, processing and reporting of the assets
- Record fixed asset acquisitions and disposals in the accounting system
- Track the compilation of project costs into fixed asset accounts, and close out those accounts once the related projects have been completed
- Generate monthly depreciation postings, review and update the detailed schedule of fixed assets and accumulated depreciation
- Support the transfer of AUC balances to the Fixed Assets sub-ledger through close co-ordination with local business
- Monitor and report monthly capital expenditure to Managers
- Produce monthly and annual Fixed Assets account reports to the business
- Conduct analyses related to fixed assets as requested by management/business
- Assist the business on periodic physical counts of fixed assets
- Monthly reconciliation of the balance in the fixed asset subsidiary ledger to the summary-level account in the general ledger
- Perform quarterly account reconciliations on Blackline to ensure accuracy and compliance of reported Fixed Asset balances
- Assist in financial audit (internal/external) and tax filing activities
- Manage internal queries
- Regular control of the work output quality
Requirement/Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/ Business;
- Fluency in English;
- Experience in use of Office applications and ERP system application (SAP preferred);
- Record to report experience or experience of working in a finance environment;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable person;
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
