Sodexo Business Services (SBS) is currently looking for a self-driven Performance & Finance Analyst, to join its growing team.

A day in the life of a Performance & Finance Analyst

You must be a reliable and outgoing personality, responsible for handling multiple duties. Good communication skills are a must and a good sense of humour a bonus!

Your day-to-day

  • Business Data Analytics & Performance monitoring:
    • Design, develop and deploy high quality Analytics and Dashboards to support Sodexo Transformation
    • Responsibility for producing accurate and timely management reports.
    • Provide commercial insight and analysis of results, identifying underlying trends and identifying areas of improvement.
    • Manage monthly Global Finance & Performance Reports leveraging Power BI technology.
    • Animate a community of 500+ users across functions and geographies through successful live demos, deep-dives and training sessions.
    • Share business insights with senior leadership, service matter experts in food and FM platforms, finance and other key stakeholders and improve operational efficiency.
    • Build robust data modelling to support business cases as part of investments posture considerations from relevant function.
  • Financial reporting process and Tool:
    • Coordinate financial planning, forecasting, reporting and analysis process.
    • As a project manager, drive the development and deployment of a new performance management solution; interact with Group IS&T, Finance and country end-users to replace existing solution.
    • Actively contribute to link regional strategic initiatives and P&L to monitor deployment and benefits from the implementation of those programs.
    • Animate end-users’ network responsible for data input
    • Coordinate IT team regarding any new developments or tool improvements
    • Leverage usage of data available in different systems and contribute to data quality improvement.
  • SG&As:
    • Coordinate monthly and quarterly SG&A reporting process, provide support for the budgeting and forecasting discussions, and contribute to the preparation of quarterly business reviews.
    • Provide monthly analyses on SG&A evolutions and develop / enrich data models for indirect costs allocation and better forecasting.

Requirement/Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in finance, advanced Analytics or equivalent
  • At least 3 / 4 years working in a similar position in an international environment
  • Strong analytical skills, rigorous and detail oriented
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel with first-hand experience in Power BI; comfortable with data transformation, DAX language, M Query, data modelling and visualization
  • Strong Oral and written communication skills; ability to interact with people from all levels of the Organization
  • Project Management skills
  • Fluent in English (French is a plus)
