Sodexo Business Services (SBS) is currently looking for a self-driven P2P Specialist to join our growing Payments team.

A day in the life of a P2P Specialist

You must be a reliable and rigorous in your work, responsible for handling multiple duties and confidential information. Good communication skills and enjoy working in a diverse team!

Your day-to-day

  • Supplier Management
  • Month end close and reconciliations.
  • Perform general accounting.
  • P2P Manage Requests and Enquiries.
  • Supplier statement reconciliations.
  • Support internal audits and manage external audits.

Requirements/ Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/ Business
  • Fluency in English and French
  • Experience working in Accounts Payable or Purchase to Pay;
  • Experience in use of Office applications and ERP system application (SAP preferred);
