P2P Specialist - Accounts payable & payments

Sodexo Business Services (SBS) is currently looking for a self-driven P2P Specialist, to join its growing team.
A day in the life of a P2P Specialist
You will be an expert in P2P. You must be a reliable and outgoing personality, responsible for handling multiple duties. Good communication skills are a must and a good sense of humor a bonus!
Your day-to-day
- Enter or enrich invoice details
- Invoice/credit note matching
- Non – PO invoice processing
- Manage internal /external queries
- Perform complex BS accounts/suppliers' reconciliations
- AP aging open items review
- Manager SAP IDOC interface errors
- Create payment run
- Perform manual payments & confirming payments/analysis
- CIT clearing
Requirements/ Qualifications
- Good Accounting/Financial knowledge (Degree it`s an advantage)
- 1-2 years’ experience working in P2P as a minimum.
- Good IT skills including Word/Excel
- Required strong systems knowledge (SAP/IVANTI, etc)

- Proven track record of achieving KPI’S
- Good communications skills

- Ability to work under pressure
