O2C Specialist – On Site Cash

Sodexo Business Services (SBS) is currently looking for a self-driven O2C Specialist (Onsite Cash), to join its growing team.

A day in the life of a O2C Specialist- Onsite Cash

You must be a reliable and outgoing personality, responsible for handling multiple duties. Good communication skills are a must and a good sense of humour a bonus!

Your day-to-day

  • Contact Local Finance Team and Site Managers to clarify the variances
  • Perform variance analysis & Revenue Control
  • G/L Account Analysis & G/L Account Reconciliations
  • Vendor Account Reconciliations
  • Badges Control
  • Journal Postings in SAP
  • Manage internal/external queries & support with internal/external audits
  • Strengthen and grow relationships with partners and stakeholders;
  • Developing and maintaining positive relationships with customers;
  • Solve unidentify Payments
  • Blackline Reconciliations
  • Detect Interface Errors Operational Tool VS SAP
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT's) for key enablers such as SAP
  • Follow up Escalations from the team
  • Provide training to new joiners;
  • Identify and define internal controls regarding department activities and respectively quality
  • Resolving Operational issues through strong skills in root cause analysis;
  • Compile and analyses information to warn about recurring issues;

Requirement/Qualifications

  • Degree and/or Solid accounting / financial background is a requirement
  • Fluent on verbal and written English
  • Advanced IT skills including MS Office main tools (Word/Excel/PPT)
  • Advanced systems knowledge (SAP/IVANTI, etc)
