O2C Specialist - Billing

Sodexo Business Services (SBS) is currently looking for a self-driven O2C Specialist, to join its Billing growing team.
A day in the life of a O2C Specialist
You must be a reliable and outgoing personality, responsible for handling multiple duties. Good communication skills are a must and a good sense of humour a bonus!
Your day-to-day
- Complete preparation of all necessary customer data and billing relevant data in Ivanti for the SBS as well as control and support in the creation of master data in SD;
- Contact person for the operative employees for questions regarding invoicing;
- Contact person for the operational controllers in connection with the analysis of customer invoices;
- Reconciliation / monitoring / analysis of onsite cash positions as well as support to ESSC;
- Support in the reconciliation of customer accounts for SBS;
Requirement/Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/ Business;
- Fluency in English;
- Excel and SAP knowledge;
- Experience in prepare audit-relevant invoice data for auditors and tax auditors;
- Strong customer, service, and quality orientation;
- Detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable person;
- Team spirit;
