MDM Specialist

Sodexo Business Services (SBS) is currently looking for a self-driven MDM Specialist, to join its growing team.

A day in the life of an MDM Specialist

You will be an expert in MDM. You must be a reliable and outgoing personality, responsible for handling multiple duties. Good communication skills are a must and a good sense of humor a bonus!

Your day-to-day

  1. Customer Master Data
    1. Customer creation and maintenance in SAP as well as critical Data validation guaranteeing compliance.
  2. Contract Setup:
    1. Update/maintain billing contract information into the ERP.
  3. Vendor Master Data
    1. Vendor creation and maintenance in SAP as well as critical Data validation guaranteeing compliance
  4. Sodexo Entity: Group Vendor & Group Customer
    1. Creation and maintenance in SAP.
  5. Profit/Cost Centre
    1. Create and maintain profit center/cost center/WBS;
  6. Delegation of Authorities (DOA) Management
    1. Manage Employees (creation and updates) and maintain DOA Structure.
  7. Chart of Accounts
    1. Create and maintain G/L Accounts & maintain bank master data
  8. Employees
    1. Expense Account set-up Ensuring that changes are properly authorized.
  9. Exchange Rates
    1. Maintain Account set-up.

Requirement/Qualifications

  • Strong command of verbal and written English.
  • Relevant experience in Finance or accounting roles.
  • Juggling a high-volume workload whilst maintaining accuracy– strong organization is key.
  • Pro-active, team player, responsive and action orientated.
  • Ability to understand root cause of issues & proactively resolve.

  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
