HRIS Global Functional Lead

Sodexo Business Services (SBS) is currently looking for a highly organized and strategic profile to help us hape the future of our HR technology landscape by designing, governing, and optimizing world-class HRIS solutions across multiple functional domains.

A day in the life of a ‘HRIS GLOBAL FUNCTIONAL LEAD”

As an HRIS Global Functional Lead, you will play a pivotal role in the global implementation and evolution of our HR technology ecosystem. Working closely with HR leaders, business process owners, local SMEs, and implementation partners, you will define and maintain the global HRIS model, ensuring seamless integration across Core HR, Talent, Recruiting, Payroll, Time Management, Case Management, and Access Management solutions. You will help drive process excellence, governance, adoption, and continuous improvement while ensuring our HR technology landscape remains scalable, compliant, and aligned with business needs.

Your day-to-day

  • Own and evolve global HRIS functional processes and core model design for assigned HR streams.
  • Partner with global and local stakeholders to define future-ready HR processes and system enhancements.
  • Coordinate integrations across HR systems and ensure consistency of data, workflows, and user experiences.
  • Lead testing activities, including UAT, functional validation, regression testing, and end-to-end process verification.
  • Define and maintain HRIS governance, documentation, KPIs, and reporting dashboards.
  • Support role-based permissions, access governance, security controls, and compliance requirements.
  • Act as a key escalation point for complex functional issues and system improvements.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support the successful adoption of new HRIS features and capabilities.
  • Collaborate with technical teams and implementation partners to deliver scalable, sustainable solutions.
  • Support global change management, communication, training, and user enablement activities

Requirement/Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in HRIS functional roles within global or multinational environments.
  • Experience delivering HRIS implementation/ transformation projects, ideally in SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM, or similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of HR data governance, security models, GDPR, and access management principles.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • SAP SuccessFactors certifications and project management certifications are a plus.
    Fluent in English.
