HRIS Business Analyst

Sodexo Business Services (SBS) is currently looking for a self-driven HRIS Business Analyst, to join its growing team.
A day in the life of a HRIS Business Analyst
The HRIS Business Analyst will bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation and it´s a role for someone who is equally comfortable gathering and analyzing requirements as they are designing and executing test plans to ensure high-quality product delivery, working closely with stakeholders, developers, project teams, and 3rd party vendors to translate business requirements into specifications and ensure that software solutions meet stakeholders’ expectations
Your day-to-day
- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and refine business requirements
- Translate business needs into detailed functional and non-functional specifications with acceptance criteria
- Create, refine, prioritize and maintain updated requirements (mock-ups, process flows, use cases and user stories, etc.)
- Participate in UAT planning and support business users during testing cycles
- Validate delivered solutions meet quality standards and user expectations;
- Support solution design discussions and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business users throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements/ Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of managing multiple workstreams and prioritize effectively
- 2–5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, QA Tester, or similar hybrid role. Strong documentation and communication skills
- Experience in HR applications and technology, Experience creating wireframes or prototypes (e.g. Figma), Understanding of APIs, data models, and integration testing
- Solid experience as Product Owner or Business Analyst in HRIS
- Strong experience writing functional and non-functional requirements and supporting UAT activities
- Familiarity with Agile / Waterfall frameworks and offshore teams
- Experience using Azure DevOps testing tool is a plus
