Group Internal Auditor

Sodexo Business Services (SBS) is currently looking for an experienced and motivated Group Internal Auditor to join our international Internal Audit team and support our mission of reinforcing strong governance and risk management across the organization.
A day in the life of a ‘Group Internal Auditor”
You will work closely with global teams to assess internal controls, review processes, deliver meaningful insights, and support senior management with recommendations that strengthen compliance and operational efficiency.
Your day-to-day
- Conduct internal audits across different functions and geographies, ensuring compliance with Group policies and standards.
- Analyse processes, identify control gaps, and evaluate risks to deliver clear, actionable audit findings.
- Prepare audit reports in English and present key results to local and Group leadership.
- Follow up on remediation plans to ensure timely implementation of corrective actions.
- Collaborate with business teams, share best practices, and provide guidance on internal control improvements.
- Connect audit observations to broader organizational themes and provide strategic insights.
Build trusted relationships with stakeholders across the Group and support knowledge sharing within the team.
Requirement/Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Audit, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in Internal Audit, External Audit, or Financial/Accounting roles.
- Strong technical accounting and financial analysis skills.
- Professional certifications such as CPA, CIA, ACCA (or similar) are highly valued.
- Solid understanding of internal control frameworks, risk assessment methodologies, and auditing standards.
- Ability to analyse financial statements and assess control environments across different business models.
- Fluency in English and French; Spanish is an asset.

- Comfortable working in a dynamic, international environment with up to 40% travel.
