Global Broker Activation Specialist
Sodexo Business Services (SBS) is currently looking for a self-driven & detail orientated profile to drive the activation, compliance, and performance of global broker agreements to maximize value creation and fee recovery across countries and suppliers.to join our growing IT Data Hub services team.
A day in the life of a ‘Global Broker Activation Specialist’
As a Global Broker Activation Specialist, you will act as a strategic partner to Global Category Leaders, ensuring broker agreements are effectively executed across regions. You will track performance, identify risks and opportunities, coordinate stakeholders, and use data to maximize agreement value while ensuring nothing is left on the table.
Your day-to-day
- Monitor the execution of global broker agreements and joint business plans.
- Track compliance, supplier commitments, and service delivery milestones.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and performance reviews.
- Collaborate with Finance to measure broker fee recovery and value generation.
- Identify risks, volume changes, and missed opportunities across regions.
- Coordinate communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Support year-end reconciliation activities and broker reporting processes.
- Recommend governance and process improvements to enhance execution effectiveness.
Requirement/Qualifications
- Experience in Procurement, Supply Management, Commercial Operations, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI experience is highly valued.
- Experience working with large datasets and performance tracking.
- Understanding of procurement agreements and contract management principles.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Experience working in cross-functional and multicultural environments
