FP&A Business Analyst

Sodexo Business Services (SBS) is currently looking for a FP&A Business Analyst to is to provide support to the Regional Head of FP&A in all elements of forecasting, planning and reporting.

A day in the life of a "FP&A Business Analyst"

The Global O2C Finance BPO team is responsible for facilitating the consistent implementation of the globally standardized O2C Core Model within the S4/Hana platform across all countries, permitting localization only where required by local laws. Driving the adoption of uniform, compliant and high quality O2C processes throughout the ERP transformation.

Your day-to-day

  • Supporting forecasting, planning and reporting process for Continental Europe Hub
  • Key hands to ensure P&L/Balance sheet and a comprehensive set of multi-dimensional analytical analysis are collected on time and correctly in ERP and Group reporting systems
  • Support of different stakeholders including but not limited to Countries CFOs and FP&A ,  Region FP&As, and Region CFO
  • Assist  Region FP&As peers with the preparation of the monthly performance decks and adding first line commentary to enable framing by the Business Unit
  • Coordinate with Region and countries FP&As peers to Ensure delivery of efficient month-end closing reporting through automation and standardization
  • Ad hoc/continuous improvement projects including documentation review and update

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
  • Experience in Controlling / FP&A, ideally in a multinational environment
  • Solid knowledge of P&L and Balance Sheet, and experience in variance analysis
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Strong Excel skills; knowledge of SAP and Essbase is a plus
