Sodexo Business Services (SBS) is currently looking for a self-driven Financial Controller to join our growing Controlling team.

A day in the life of a Financial Controller

You must be a reliable and rigorous in your work, responsible for handling multiple duties and confidential information. Good communication skills and enjoy working in a diverse team!

Your day-to-day

  • Follow-up of costs of dimensions support functions
    • Perform analysis with monthly comments
    • Manage gap analysis (actual vs. last year / forecast)
    • Follow-up outstanding amounts (accruals, prepaid expenses)
  • Provide day-to-day support to some dimension’ heads to help them preparing: Budget, Forecasts, Landing
  • Support the preparation of the yearly calculation for IP and TA recharging’s, preparation of the yearly true up of the costs, following up the actuals during the year, and coordination with the intercompany department for the invoicing
  • Prepare semester and year-end closings for external audits
  • Monthly analysis of Capex at Hubs level
  • Provide financial ad-hoc analysis when required

Requirement/Qualifications

  • Solid educational background in Finance and Accounting (Business school/ Master in Finance or equivalent)
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience (audit, consolidation or accounting department)
  • Robust financial analysis skills, with an aptitude for financial modelling and analysis
  • Advanced Excel skills, Project Management and HFM experience an advantage
  • Fluency in English
