Sodexo Business Services (SBS) is currently looking for a self-driven Digital Marketing Coordinator, to join its growing team.

A day in the life of a Digital Marketing Coordinator

You will support marketing initiatives across multiple regions, helping to drive new business growth and increase sales volume with existing clients. The role combines campaign management, digital content creation, analytics, and technology enablement to strengthen Entegra’s digital footprint and lead generation performance.

Your day-to-day

Campaign Management & Lead Generation

  • Support the development and execution of lead generation and nurturing campaigns.
  • Ensure adherence to digital marketing best practices across SEO, landing pages, Google Ads, and marketing automation (Pardot).
  • Coordinate digital campaign strategies that drive client acquisition and engagement.
     

Content & Brand Development

  • Create and adapt content to expand Entegra’s digital presence and generate quality leads.

Support brand awareness and visibility in key European regions.

  • Assist with local marketing activities, including trade shows, hosted events, and regional initiatives.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track performance of campaigns and digital channels, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.

Monitor competitors’ activities to inform strategy and decision-making.

  • Translate data into recommendations to optimise performance. 

Technology & Tools

  • Work with marketing technologies including Salesforce, Pardot, Drupal, Google Tag Manager, and AI-driven tools.
  • Support the adaptation and execution of emerging digital capabilities to enhance marketing effectiveness.

Market & Partner Support

  • Collaborate with manufacturer partners and internal stakeholders to align marketing activities with business objectives.

Requirement/Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3+ years of digital marketing experience, including measurable paid media campaigns.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and Pardot.
  • Experience with CMS platforms (Drupal or equivalent).
  • Good understanding of SEO, Google Ads, landing pages, and Google Tag Manager.
  • Knowledge of digital customer acquisition tactics and multi-touch marketing program design

What you´ll need to succeed:

  • Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
  • Strong ability to turn insights into actionable plans.
  • Ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and manage competing priorities.
  • Fluent in English plus German (additional languages: Dutch, French, Spanish, or Italian are a plus).
