Data Analyst

Sodexo Business Services (SBS) is currently looking for a self-driven Data Analyst, to join its growing team.

A day in the life of a Data Analyst

You must responsible for the technical execution of reporting and insight that enhances transparency & business performance with particular emphasis on digitization (Power BI), process efficiency & solution integrity.

Your day-to-day

  • Enhancing our digital reporting suite & ensuring that business-critical activities run smoothly. Technical competence is critical & subject matters can cover both finance & beyond.
  • Accountable for scoping, designing, and delivering reporting developments.
  • Be able to investigate new ways of using them, with a high emphasis on building advanced levels of proficiency in Power BI, Power Automate, and Excel.
  • Ensure that reporting output and architecture is coherent and consistent with our governance framework and standards.
  • Appraise reporting activity and suggest improvements to increase effectiveness and reduce non-value-adding analytical activity.
  • Proactively engage and review content with stakeholders to deliver demand-led reporting and insight, establishing business partnering relationships and yielding influence across the business stakeholders. Regularly translate data into a relatable narrative.
  • Devise a plan from vague discussions/information with stakeholders who have little time or technical expertise.
  • Be able to shift between data modelling, content creation, commercial insight & business partnering.

Requirement/Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
  • Fluency in English required, ability to speak other language is a plus
  • Focus on product excellence, integrity and costumer focus
  • Experience in Power BI, Power Automate, and Excel.
