Commercial Communications Officer

Sodexo Business Services (SBS) is currently looking for a self-driven Commercial Communications Officer, to join its growing team.

A day in the life of a Commercial Communications Officer

You will play a key role in supporting business development activities by creating high-quality commercial proposals and impactful communication materials.

Your day-to-day

  1. Commercial Proposal Development: Prepare and coordinate commercial proposals, ensuring high-quality formatting, content adaptation, and professional presentation.
  2. Content & Visual Communication Support: Collaborate with the Visual Communications team to gather, adapt, and enhance proposal content and graphic concepts.
  3. Presentation & Bid Preparation: Create engaging presentations, bid submission files, and supporting materials for client meetings and oral pitches.
  4. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Business Development Managers, Project Managers, and internal teams to ensure proposal requirements are met.
  5. Administrative Coordination: Manage proposal packaging, submission processes, and administrative follow-up to ensure timely delivery.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Native-level French and advanced English communication skills.
  • Excellent command of PowerPoint.
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign; knowledge of Photoshop is advantageous.
  • Strong writing, editing, grammar, and proofreading skills.
  • Experience supporting commercial proposals, presentations, or communication materials.
