Sodexo Business Services (SBS) is currently looking for a highly organized and strategic Group Internal Audit Program Lead to support the global Internal Audit function and ensure consistency, quality, and alignment in the way the Group delivers its audit activities.

A day in the life of a ‘Group Internal Audit Program Lead”

You act as a strategic partner to the Group Head of Internal Audit, coordinating global audit activities, preparing high‑impact reporting for senior leadership, and ensuring audit methodologies and processes are applied consistently across the organization.

Your day-to-day

  • Support the design, structure, and planning of the annual Internal Audit Plan and enterprise‑wide Risk Assessment.
  • Track the execution of the plan, monitor progress, and alert leadership on delays, rescoping, or resource needs.
  • Consolidate audit outcomes and remediation updates into clear, executive‑ready reporting for the Audit Committee and senior management.
  • Prepare dashboards, presentations, and key messages for the Group Head of Internal Audit.
  • Coordinate issue‑remediation follow‑up, challenge action plans, and escalate critical risks as necessary
  • Run the cadence of the Internal Audit leadership team: prepare agendas, track actions, and support strategic initiatives.
  • Support the harmonization of audit methodologies and oversee the Quality Assurance & Improvement Program (QAIP).
  • Act as backup administrator for audit tools and liaise with IT and software providers when needed.

Requirement/Qualifications

  • 8–10 years of relevant experience, ideally including at least 5 years in Internal Audit or Risk Management.
  • Experience in PMO, Finance transformation, Strategy, or consulting is a strong advantage.
    Proven ability to prepare high‑quality senior‑level reporting (board, committee, executive presentations).
  • Strong understanding of internal control frameworks, risk assessment methodologies, and audit processes.
  • Experience working in international environments and across multiple time zones.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Audit, or related fields.

  • Exceptional coordination and structuring skills, able to manage multiple workstreams without direct authority.
  • Strong written communication and storytelling skills, especially in English (French is a plus).
  • High integrity and sound judgment when working with confidential or sensitive information.
  • Ability to build trust and collaborate effectively with diverse and multicultural teams.
  • Open‑minded, proactive, and curious, with a willingness to innovate and challenge the status quo.
  • Comfortable interacting with senior leaders while remaining hands‑on and detail‑oriented..
