Sodexo Business Services (SBS) is currently looking for a self-driven AI Builder to help accelerate innovation across Global Supply Management by identifying, building, and scaling practical AI and automation solutions that improve efficiency, strengthen decision-making, and deliver business value.

A day in the life of a AI Builder

As an AI Builder, you'll act as a hands-on innovator, translating business challenges into practical AI-driven solutions. Working closely with Global Supply Management, Business Intelligence teams, regional stakeholders, and IS&T partners, you'll rapidly prototype, test, and validate AI opportunities that improve processes, enhance analytics, and enable smarter ways of working. You'll help shape the future of AI adoption by balancing innovation with responsible governance and measurable business outcomes.

Your day-to-day

  • Lead discovery workshops with Supply Management, BI, and regional teams to identify high-value AI and automation opportunities
  • Analyze business processes, pain points, and operational challenges to uncover opportunities for innovation.
  • Translate business requirements into practical, testable AI use cases and solution concepts.
  • Build prototypes and MVPs using AI, automation, data, and low-code/no-code technologies.
  • Leverage Generative AI, APIs, analytics platforms, and automation tools to create end-to-end solutions.
  • Conduct user testing, gather feedback, and continuously improve solutions based on adoption and business needs.
  • Define success metrics and measure the business impact of AI use cases.
  • Assess whether solutions should be scaled, refined, reused, or discontinued based on value and feasibility.
  • Collaborate with IS&T and central AI teams to industrialize successful solutions and ensure governance compliance.
  • Create reusable frameworks, templates, and best practices that can be leveraged globally.
  • Promote AI adoption through coaching, demonstrations, and knowledge sharing across the organization.

Requirement/Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in analytics, automation, data, digital products, or applied AI environments.
  • Practical experience building AI-driven solutions using Generative AI and LLM technologies.
  • Strong data and analytical skills, including experience working with complex datasets and multiple data sources.
  • Working knowledge of Python, SQL, or equivalent technologies for data manipulation and automation.
  • Experience combining AI, automation, APIs, and low-code/no-code tools to create business solutions
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to evaluate value, feasibility, and investment priorities.
  • Understanding of responsible AI, security, governance, and data handling best practices.
  • Fluent English communication skills. Additional language skills, particularly French, are a plus.
  • Experience with Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, or Azure is highly valued.
