We are building a company full of sustainable chefs to serve sustainable food to your people all over the world. The 8 finalists of the 2024 Cook for Change! sustainable chef challenge participated in a week of intensive training and culinary challenges in Paris followed by a grand final and award ceremony. The finalists created a main course and dessert which was not only delicious, but which also incorporated sustainably sourced ingredients and clever food waste solutions.
