Belen is a member of the Investment Committee since its foundation.
Belen is also Group Chief Digital and Innovation Officer. Is her role, she is responsible of driving Innovation & Group’s Digital Transformation. Group Big Data & Analytics are equally under her responsibility.
Belen joined Sodexo in 2015. Prior to Sodexo, Belen has developed strong experiences in Digital Transformations (with leadership positions at AXA and SoLocalGroup). Previously, Belen had been working for Management Consulting (Bain & Company) and in European Marketing positions at the Walt Disney Company.
Belen is President of the Board of Food Cheri start-up and, is part of the Consultative Advisory Board of Wynd start-up.
Belen is mother of 3 children. She is Spanish, and speaks on top both English and French. She lives in Paris. She is dedicated to support her 3 daughters bloom.

Maria is Group Senior Vice President Strategic Planning. As such she helps the Group shaping and evolving the strategy for the different segments and markets where Sodexo operates. Maria joined Sodexo in 2006 and has worked in Group HR as VP Talent Development and in Sodexo Benefits and Rewards as head of Marketing, Strategy and Communication. Prior to that she worked for 15 years in Strategy and Marketing in BtoC in Tourism and Leisure sector.
Maria is Portuguese and lives in Paris. She is dedicated to support her 3 daughters bloom.

David chairs the Investment Committee of Sodexo Ventures.
David is also Group Senior Vice President, Corporate Finance at Sodexo SA. In this role he has global responsibility for all M&A and investment activity worldwide at the Sodexo Group, as well as all Treasury, Debt, and Capital Market operations, and structured project finance deals. David joined Sodexo in 2010. Prior to that he had various business development roles across Europe and North America.
David is American and Irish and lives in Paris. His interests include coding with his daughter and designing sailboats with his son.

Jean-Marc is also Global Finance Head, Service Operations at Sodexo. The role of Service operations is to coordinate all internal support to operations including service experts in Food, Facilities Management, Safety, Supply Chain, and Information Services. Jean-Marc joined Sodexo in 1995. He held various roles in Asia, Scandinavia and North America. Prior to his current role, he was CFO France, On site services.

Jean-Sébastien is Sodexo Ventures Director and Sodexo Group Digital Partnerships Director as each investment is combined with a partnership agreement. Jean-Sébastien joined Sodexo in 2017. Prior to that he worked in the Digital Partnerships team of AXA, for Roland Berger, specialized in Digital Transformation, Strategic Due Diligence and creation of investment vehicles and had experiences in merger and acquisitions at BNP Paribas and Solocal.
Jean-Sébastien is French and lives in Paris. His interests include travels and classical music.
