A controlling family shareholding:

Sodexo’s independence is ensured through the shareholding of the family of Pierre Bellon, founder of the Company, through Bellon SA.
As of August 31, 2025, Bellon SA held 42.8% of Sodexo’s capital and 58.8% of the exercisable voting rights.
