Founded in 1998 in Dayton, Ohio, Comfort Keepers provides a wide range of in-home companion and personal care services that enable seniors and people in need of support to maintain the highest possible level of independence. Services include companionship, meal preparation and providing assistance with administrative needs, hygiene and outdoor exercise.
Comfort Keepers is a franchise business with a network of 550 agencies throughout the United States.
With this acquisition, Sodexo reinforces its Quality of Life services offering to seniors as well as its global leadership in the Seniors segment, in which it generated global revenue of 800 million euro in Fiscal 2008.
