Background
Mr. Bellon was Director of Compagnie Hôtelière du Midi (a member of the Compagnie de Navigation Mixte Group) from 1962 to 1970 and then held various managerial positions in banking at CIC-Banque de Union Européenne Group from 1970 to 1988.
He founded Finadvance SA, a venture capital company of which he has been its Chairman since its creation in 1988.
