Today, the strength of a company depends not only on its financial performance, but increasingly on its social and environmental achievements. Its value is measured by its financial results and their sustainability.
At Sodexo we measure the value we provide not only to shareholders, but also to employees, clients, customers, suppliers, the social community in which we operate as well as the environment we live in and draw resources from.
We have been consolidating our performance indicators for several years, in order to continuously evaluate ourselves along many relevant dimensions, and take timely action to meet our objectives. In 2007 and 2008, the improvement in our indicators has been more than encouraging, and they are a solid starting base for our future initiatives. During FY2009, we intend to continue improving our performance and improve the Quality of Daily Life of all our stakeholders.
