United States
The Action Learning Degree offers all of Sodexo USA's employees the opportunity to obtain a diploma in the field in which they work. Programs last around two years and mainly cover management studies. Sodexo is a partner of Revans University - UAL which is Distance Education and Training Council accredited, and recognized by the US Department of Education.
It is possible to obtain the following diplomas:
- Associate of Sciences
- Bachelor of Sciences
- Master of Sciences
All these programs follow a similar format: small working groups are organized, facilitated by coaches, to look at real problems and implement action plans. This approach creates a dynamic learning environment for the individuals, the teams and the training organization. Team building and acquired experience are just as important as solving the original problem.
