School for Chefs
Since its creation, the mission of the 'School for Chefs - Marc Veyrat' has been to further develop the skills of our best Chefs, to ensure they feel valued and motivated, and also to enhance Sodexo's services to its clients.
Every year, Marc Veyrat trains some fifteen Sodexo chefs. He shares his expertise and talent and helps them to express their creativity during 3 four-day sessions at the “Auberge de l'Eridan” in Annecy.

141 Sodexo Chefs have followed this high level training program over the last 11 years.
The Club des Toques (which means Club of the Chef's Hats) is an extension of the 'School of Chefs Sodexo - Marc Veyrat', and today has 31 members, all graduates of the 'School of Chefs Sodexo - Marc Veyrat'.
The members of the Club, participate in selecting the chefs who will join the 'School of Chefs Sodexo - Marc Veyrat' each year, and act as mentors to the students. They also act as ambassadors for Sodexo by creating the catering services at important Group events.
The Club's objective is to share and cascade high-level culinary expertise in order to enhance everyday cuisine in all of Sodexo's restaurants. It also aims to encourage a single, shared vision of culinary tradition and foster training and self-improvement.
