Sodexo Academy in Belgium

The Sodexo Academy in Belgium is first and foremost a centre for the transfer of both knowledge and experience.

The Academy aims is to be a Meeting Place :

Where operations meet functions.
Where Sodexo Belgium meets Sodexo Luxembourg.
Where Food & Management Services meet Sodexo Pass.

Bringing these areas together allows the participants to become aware of the fact that they share a common goal and similar day-to-day problems.

These residential seminars have also made it clear that involving people at all levels of the company in discussions on strategy is an enriching experience, bringing to light different realities, ideas and new competencies.

Objectives

Organizing and facilitating knowledge transfer within the Group and its different businesses and structures.
Consolidating, improving and developing an overall vision of management practice.
Integrating the Group's fundamental values and strategic priorities.
Encouraging an open-minded mindset on varied and changing environments.

The Sodexo Belgium Academy offers a General Management training program, based on internal and external case studies and Team Building. It is aimed at District Managers, Unit Managers and Function Managers.
