Increasing women representation
Michel Landel has committed that Sodexo will reach 25% of women in our top 300 population by 2015. Since 2009, this percentage has alrealdy grown from 17% to 20%.
Sodexo launched its Sodexo Women’s International Forum for Talent in 2009. It brings together 22 Sodexo women leaders , as well as an alumni council whose mission is to reinforce actions towards better gender balance throughout the entire Group.
Celebrating International Women’s Day
Every year on March 8, Sodexo celebrates International Women’s Day, under the leadership of the SWIFt, and takes this opportunity to promote initiatives developed in favor of gender diversity at Sodexo.
