    The engagement of our employees - a concept that expresses both satisfaction and involvement - is a key indicator of our current and future performance, because we believe that “engaged” employees deliver better service to clients. Every two years, we conduct a survey worldwide to analyze employee engagement to identify and act upon opportunities for progress.
